Here is a list of our products and their description. Each piece is made with attention to quality and we do our best to maintain a policy of fair trade. Chocolates are made from Kosher Parv dark chocolate and Kosher white chocolate.

Peanuts salt and chocolate made with 55% cocoa this is all we need in our peanut butter cups This piece sells are second only to the Noah’s bar The classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate is always a great seller.

Miss Minda’s Hot Kiss (dairy free) [$2.50]
Old world cayenne and cinnamon dusted morsels made with 55% cocoa this is a Mexican tradition. The south west feel to this piece makes it a great item for tourist and other visitors but locals love it as well.

made with 72% cocoa extra dark chocolate raw cocoa nibs and a honey carob center. This bar has been long awaited piece and is considered by most to be our sport energy bar with pure natural energy.

Uncle Buzz’s Dark Chocolate (dairy free if you do not use milk to make it.) [$8.00]

This is not a powder or syrup. This is ground  55% Dark Chocolate. Add to milk or your favorite substitute just do not use water. Simply warm milk and add Uncle Buzz’s Dark Cocoa mix (to taste) gradually, until melted. Do not scorch or burn the milk. Use a steamer, immersion blender or hand whip to froth. Put whipped cream into bottom of cup and pour frothy Uncle Buzz’s Dark Cocoa Mix beverage over the whipped cream add steamed milk (to taste). See how ya like that.For best results use whole milk and heavy whipping cream. You can substitute soy and rice milk if you need to.
